At the present time an hourly output of approximately 54.000 cups/hour can be achieved with our last-designed machine DM-670. Besides the production of plastic cups, the main application of this type of line is the production of brand name milk, yoghurt, margarine, detergent cups. The plastic products which are produced in thermoforming machines supplies a complete solution in daily usage, meeting high quality standarts. Our automatic pressure forming machines are suitable for the production of cups, bowls, lids, trays and similar products in small and medium sizes with low production cost and high speed.

In our new control system it is possible to inexpensively adjust the system for distances, speeds, temperatures, pressures and also unit weights of products easily. Setting values, machine control parameters, error reports, diagnostic aid and production data are displayed on the operation panel of our machines. All information can be reached and the likely problems can be solved easily.
